Plans that respect your medicines
If someone's on metformin, warfarin, or thyroid meds, the plan flags the foods that interact. No spreadsheets, no guessing.
KitchenOS is an AI meal planner for Indian families with real health needs — diabetes, blood pressure, allergies, a parent on multiple medications. We plan the week around what's in your kitchen and what your family actually eats.
We'll only email you about your KitchenOS invite. See our Privacy Policy.

Who eats, what they can and can't have, the medicines in the house, and what's already in your kitchen. A few minutes, once.
KitchenOS plans meals around your family's health needs, your pantry, and the food you actually like — with a shopping list that fills the gaps.
Read recipes aloud while you cook, and give your helper a respectful view with just today's menu — no family data exposed.
If someone's on metformin, warfarin, or thyroid meds, the plan flags the foods that interact. No spreadsheets, no guessing.
Plans around the pantry you already have and builds a shopping list for only what's missing — less waste, fewer trips.
Read recipes out loud in Hindi or English while you stir. Ask for the next step or a swap — no greasy taps on the screen.
Helpers get a PIN-protected view of just today's menu, the recipe, and the quantities. Nothing personal about your family.
Most apps make a helper either lock you out of your own data or see everything. KitchenOS gives them their own respectful, PIN-protected view — today's menu, the recipe, the quantities, in plain language — and keeps your family's health and personal details private.
When the plan flags a possible drug–food interaction, that alert comes from a deterministic, curated interaction ruleset — the same food rule applied the same way every time, not a guess. It's advisory and built to help you ask better questions. It is not a substitute for your doctor or pharmacist, and KitchenOS is a planning tool, not a medical service.

Advisory, deterministic, transparent.
Interaction alerts are rule-based and curated — never invented by a model. They may not be exhaustive, and they never replace professional medical advice.

KitchenOS is built for households where dinner has to work around real health needs — a parent's blood pressure, a child's allergy, someone on several medications — without giving up the food a family actually loves to eat. We're building the meal planner we wished our own families had: one that respects your food, your medicines, and the people who help you cook.
— The KitchenOS team
Your account, household, health, and meal data are stored and processed in Google Cloud's Mumbai region (asia-south1). We ask for what's needed for meal planning — your household, your kitchen, your health context — and nothing more. DPDP-aligned from day one.
We're letting in a small cohort of families across India each week. Leave your email and we'll send a personal invite when your spot is ready.
