What to expect

We answer like people, not a queue.

KitchenOS is built and supported in India, and we read every message ourselves. We respond as quickly as we can, and always within the timelines required by law. For grievances under the DPDP Act, we acknowledge complaints within 7 days and aim to resolve them within 30 days, per DPDP §13(3).

KitchenOS is operated by Jineesh S, sole proprietor. Our Privacy Policy and Terms have the full legal detail.

  • Grievances: acknowledged within 7 days, resolution aimed within 30 days (DPDP §13(3)).
  • Not satisfied? You can escalate to the Data Protection Board of India once it is constituted under DPDP §18.
  • In the beta? Help & Support inside the app files a ticket so nothing gets lost in email.
